CONTROL: 95% of our products, including all sails & structures, are fabricated right here, on-site in NZ. With total control of the Fabrication on-site, it means we can monitor all aspects of the process and ensure QC (Quality Control) is second to none. This also means our clients can rely on & trust our workmanship, knowing that from design through to installation, everything has been managed in-house including the Manufacturing.
RESOURCES: Shade Systems has resources, including a giant 450m2 'loft floor' and state of the art machinery for manufacturing our fabric Sails & Membranes. This means we're not dependant on others to supply our key components and therefore we can keep our delivery promises.
DELIVERY: As mentioned earlier, with in-house control we can keep to delivery times, which is an integral part of the Construction industry.So often in todays world, you find hold-ups or bottlenecks caused by someone down the chain waiting for another manufacturer - we are finding with everything under one roof we can eliminate these hold-ups and complete the project on-time & under-budget.
